Dealing with Velo Vacation Rentals regarding Mabels Casita & Kiva Velo was one of the best rental experiences weve ever had, and weve had a lot. From the start, S treated us professionally and respectfully. He was extremely quick to reply to our questions. S also zeroed in on our needs and went out of his way to make accommodations to meet them. Since we werent local and able to see the properties in person, S arranged to have his local representatives, T and M, assist in taking us on a virtual, live walk through of the properties. They had the same professional, supportive approach as S. The casitas themselves are stunning with beautifully-maintained regional architecture and are appointed with lovely furnishings and art weve not found in any other rentals. Although a change in our plans prevented our stay this time, we would definitely seek out Steve at Velo Vacation Rentals and Mabel's Casita & Kiva Velo in the future.
