Great Space Great Stay
Wonderful and clean furnished space with utilities included. Had the space over 90% of the time all to myself. Owner is very responsive to communication and was able to view the unit prior with all parameters made open and transparent. Friendly, reasonable, comfortable, with modern amenities and washer/dryer. Highly recommend and happy to return! Thank you for the nice stay!
Convenient but frustrating
Property is 1 mi from JHH so shuttling was convenient. However, when I found it the ad she had put that the bathroom was private, which has been incorrect. There was also an incident where she had not informed me that guests would be over and they were up past 2 am talking loudly when I had an early morning shift the next day. Her office shares an adjacent wall with the room so I could clearly hear her music and conversation while trying to sleep for night shift. Lastly, I had informed her half a month before I was supposed to move out that I would not be renewing my lease. It has been 4 months since I moved out and she has yet to return my security deposit. I consider myself a pretty courteous tenant and made sure the room was extra clean when I left. I have reached out multiple times to inquire about the deposit and her excuse has been she hasnt had enough time to prepare, despite the lease contract clearly stating the deposit would be returned 1 month after moving out.
