Great housing option

Agnes was a responsive landlord for the 6 months I rented a bedroom and bath in her property. The furnishings were well cared for, the kitchen well-equipped even for a woman from the South who cooks. My house mates were great as well.

LOVE the downstairs unit

This is a beautiful and peaceful space. It is in a quiet neighborhood and the unit downstairs has a private entrance as well. It is just the right size for everything you need. It stays cool when you need it to. There is central air. Miss A also keeps a fan in the apartment space and wall heaters if you need as well. The washer / dryer area is super spacious and is shared with upstairs tenants but no worries as there has been no issues doing laundry when I needed to. The space has locks for your area to keep it completely private. The bathroom is very large. Plenty of storage space here as well. I would stay longer if I could for sure. Miss A is so nice and responds quickly over the phone if you need her.

Stayed here for a month. Pretty house close to UMass and everything you might need with a nice landlord. I would ask about other tenants because it wasn't only travel medical professionals living here

Nice & Clean

My furry, traveling partner, and I enjoyed our experience in Worcester, Massachusetts. We had the pleasure of staying in a beautiful, and clean property. The property owner Mrs. A. will definitely make you feel at home she is quick to respond and assist in any way and willing to do as much as she can to make your stay comfortable. The property is located in the perfect area close to supermarkets and a variety of eating choices. I must say, If the property is available, and I'm traveling back to UMass Memorial this property will definitely be a place I would love to stay.
