Superb stay
We were here for a year and the stay was perfect. The house is great, especially the back yard. A short walk to a super cool coffee shop and park in the neighborhood. Stacey was always very responsive to anything we needed during our stay. Would definitely recommend

Great house, great landlord!!
We lived here for a year and are bummed to be leaving. The house is cozy, the backyard is PERFECT, and it's walkable to a coffee shop and a vintage store, which sounds minor but made Salem feel immediately welcoming. Super close to Minto park which was also a huge perk. Stacey was an excellent landlord. Responsive, kind, easy to communicate with the entire time we were there. Whoever gets this place next is so lucky!! Highly recommend.

Great house!
My husband and I stayed at this property with our dog while we worked contracts in Salem. The house is very clean and comfortable with plenty of space for the two of us plus our pup. We loved having a backyard to relax in when the weather was nice. The location was perfect. The house is close to Salem Health, downtown, and plenty of parks. The neighborhood was nice and we felt safe walking our pup around any time of day. Bushs pasture park is less than a 10 minute walk away and is particularly lovely in the spring! Stacey was easy to communicate with and addressed any issues immediately. We definitely recommend this property!

Perfect Place
I worked at Salem Health Hospital for three months! This property is a convenient location to the hospital and downtown! Clean, charming, and very cozy! The space is beautifully decorated and has everything that you would need. The location is safe and quiet! Stacey was great with communication and promptly fixed things and answered all of my questions! I would definitely recommend!
