I am an electrolysis and work from home. My office is on the bottom floor in the back part of the house. Clients use separate entrance in the back yard.

I agree with the other reviewers. Tina is very gracious and attentive, yet respected my privacy. She has everything thoughtfully set up for her guests and was genuinely interested in knowing if I needed anything. Clean and comfortable! My stay was excellent. Thank you Tina!

Amazing landlord and space!
I stayed here for about 6 months. Not only is the room very cozy, but Tina (landlord) goes above and beyond to accommodate her clients and make sure they are happy. She kept it clean, lots of sheets and towels available, laundry and other amenities included. She always addressed any concerns immediately (not that there really were any), and asked a few times how things could be made better. Comfy bed, blackout curtains, lots of space for food and other storage. I felt very at home here. Tina is all around a great landlord and person and I couldnt have asked for a better place to stay these past few months as a traveler!

Amazing home, great accommodations. One of a kind LL. There is no saying NO to her property
There are no words to describe the LL and her immaculate home. She made sure you felt at home. Not only is her home furnished but all the gadgets you need for cooking, laundry etc. There is not ONE thing she wont have. It truly felt like home. THANK YOU T for everything!

Best place to stay. Host Tina is extremely friendly
Home is very peaceful. Room is upstairs. Host T is the best too. She was such a mommy figure and very people person. The fact of the room being on the 2nd floor make your stay really nice and private. Her house is really your home when you stay there. Id go back in a heartbeat.

Nice place to stay
This is a really nice set up with the upstairs for tenants. The LL is very nice and accommodating. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!

wonderful place to stay
LL is great and this is one of the cleanest places I have stayed at. You'll love her dog- he's a keeper. If I'm ever back here again I will diffidently stay here again. And it's priced just right. Very cozy and it felt like home
