The online photos don't do the space justice: tenants have been shocked by how much bigger the place is in-person.

I loved my time here! Im a locum tenens NP and found the rental itself along with the landlord and neighborhood to be a very restorative environment during my super stressful contract. The waterfront park nearby is an amazing place to walk & feel grounded, Kat is a great/reliable/honest/responsive/flexible person to rent from, & West Seattle is now a place I am considering for my permanent residence.
