very clean, modern studio

This studio is super clean, appliances up to date, stocked with extra goodies and laundry detergent. Ample sheets, towels, and paper goods. 3 locks which made me feel safer. Street parking can be difficult at times, especially holidays but neighbors were pleasant throughout my stay. Definitely in the sketchier area if Im being honest but actually super convenient location and price with actual working appliances. Both R and B are very accommodating and super responsive. They made the stay very stress free and I appreciate it! I would choose this studio again for the future.

Newark apartment in unsafe area

I must warn travelers that this apartment is in a VERY UNSAFE area. 1. One morning I was stopped by an undercover cop warning me about the shootings weekly on the streets surrounding this apartment which was true. 2. My car was broken into on multiple occasions 3. The last week of my contract my car was actually stolen and totaled by some kids in the neighborhood midafternoon while I was sleeping from working the night shift. 4. Furthermore, any package I had shipped to the apartment was stolen-- so do not order anything to the apartment. Just be cautions before renting in this neighborhood. Check the crime rate map and it will show this is the most unsafe area in Newark. Just want to warn my fellow healthcare professionals. Be safe out there. On the positive side, the apartment was fully remodeled which was very pleasant and there is free laundry in the building.

excelent place

Excellent place to rent. My husband is a traveling nurse, we found this apartment at a very good price. R's attention was very cordial, she was always attentive to everything we needed. a very nice and very quiet place. For those nurses who are looking for some place to rent, this property has all the possible amenities to make you feel like you are at home

First stay

This property, in the heart of Newark, starts off by providing you with a locked gate and then 3 doors that lock to provide you with plenty of protection and safety. In terms of the apartment itself, it was amazing. Full AC system that can keep the apartment at whatever temperature you prefer, fully stocked snack container they provide as well as tea, k cups and a Keurig, coffee creamers and sugar, and water bottles with some crystal light flavoring in the fridge if you like that. They provide you with amenities and bathroom items such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, towels, bedding, washcloths, etc. The apartment itself was super clean and R and B were extremely attentive and quick to respond to any questions that I had. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking to stay in Newark and want somewhere that feels very homey!
