Cozy Costal Home

I stayed in L & D's rentals over the past year, and the experience was exceptional. Each place was impeccably maintained, beautifully furnished, and fully equipped with a complete kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, cleaning supplies, and stunning ocean views from the patio. The neighborhood is charming and ideally locateda short walk from the hospital, beach, Bayfront, and local restaurants. L & D were always kind, responsive, and made sure I felt right at home. I can't recommend their properties enough to anyone staying in Newport!

7 month stay

I stayed in this property for about 7 months and absolutely loved it! D and L were lovely and were always willing to answer any questions about the area or help out with any problems I had in the apartment. The place had everything a traveling healthcare worker could want with a full kitchen, cleaning supplies, washer/dryer in unit, parking right outside your door, and tons of natural light. The place is within walking distance from the PT clinic and the hospital and is very close to popular restaurants and the beach. I absolutely loved my time here and would highly recommend this place if you're going to be in Newport!
