Wonderful home

This property is wonderful for short and medium term stays. Brennen was very welcoming and committed to making my stay as comfortable as possible.

Very comfortable with super easy highway access

Stayed here for over a month and was really impressed with the amenities that made the stay very comfortable. The location is on a quiet and very walkable street but is still just a stones throw away from the interstate making it super easy to get around town. Brennen was also very attentive to make sure I had everything I needed. Would definitely recommend.

Cozy, Quiet Space in a Great Location!

We needed a long-term rental space to support us in finding our future home. The space was in a quiet, relaxing, and in convenient location in Rocky River near many restaurants and grocery stores. The main bedroom had an incredibly comfortable king bed with plenty of closet space for our things and it was even more than what we needed. Each room had its own tv mounted and the WiFi reach was perfect! Having our own downstairs space with a washer/dryer and storage area was AMAZING, hard to find in most duplex spaces. It was clean and bright throughout the home and basement. Not to mention, we got an in-garage parking space, which was a treat. It truly felt like our home away from home. Lastly, our landlord, Brennan, was more than accommodating when it came to extending our lease and making sure we were comfortable for the duration of our stay. He was attentive, kind and addressed any needs or concerns within minutes. I would recommend this to anyone needing a monthly or longer term stay in the Rocky River area, you won't beat this space.
