Spacious Charming Private Room w/King Bed located Near Downtown/Medical Destrict

Stayed for a clinical rotation. It was a 10-15 minute walk to Regional One. I stayed in the attic with a large area and it's own bathroom. The bed was a standout that was comfy and warm. I had no car during my stay. I would walk 30-60mins or take the Groove service, a public low cost Uber-type option. SouthPoint Grocery, Viet Hoa Market, Gordons or Cash Saver were good local spots (the nearby Kroger sucks). I was mostly working and studying, but did go to a Grizzly NBA game at the Fedex Forum and to some museums, Beale street and a...pyramid? You'll see it. The kitchen was also accommodating and well equipped, cooking tools, dishes, utensils, storage. Only minor issues were a lack of towel hangers, formal shower curtain, Swiffer for the attic and when the heater is on, the attic gets MUCH hotter and dryer than the controlling thermostat when set above 70 degrees.
