Beautiful home, Bullying Landlord

I stayed in this "shared" home for 28 days. Robin claims to stay 1-2 nights/wk. During my stay, she never stayed a single night; yet things were always ready for her arrival. She refused me an overnight guest claiming, "shared space" and "occupancy limit" sufficed a guest policy; then tried to charge an unlawful fee for a guest. When I told her I didn't agree to pay and would forgo a guest, as the fee wasn't in the lease, she threatened eviction. She was frequently rude, citing expectations that were nowhere in her lease and belittling me for not understanding her lack of clarity. She used security cameras to closely monitor things past reasonable safety into an invasion of privacy. When my work transferred me & I left, Robin made the process to vacate arduous. She claims to be a landlord of 25 yrs but has many gaps in her lease and chooses which laws to abide. Robin is infamous in local FB groups for being abhorrent to others as she was to me. Be very wary renting from her.

Great stay

I stayed here for 2 months and it was great. Very comfortable and beautiful place with everything you need just walking distance. Robin was an absolute joy. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice apartment

Spent 6 months here for contract in Beloit. Spacious, clean, and comfortable area for relaxing after long days at work. Landlord is very nice and responds quickly to any issues.

Great Stay!

I stayed here for a recent work contract in Janesville. My upstairs room was spacious for one person and very clean. The landlord made sure I had everything i needed for a comfortable stay and always responded within a reasonable time to texts. The shared kitchen and bathroom were always clean. Even though there are 3 cats living on the property, it was always well vacuumed and didn't have any foul odors in the house. The cats were separated completely from the upstairs room for tenants. This property is also conveniently located by many stores and restaurants. I would gladly stay here again if I'm working in Janesville!

Nice Cozy Room

I stayed here for one month and I was very comfortable with my accommodations. The small apartment has everything you need. Nice cozy and very clean space. I was a happy tenant and enjoyed my stay.

Absolutely gorgeous house

The property is so beautiful. I have never seen a more beautiful house and R was a wonderful host! 10/10 recommend
