I can't say enough good things about this house. I called this place home for many months and never had a bad experience. Ms Shirley and Mr Jerry are terrific people and always made sure I felt welcome here. Truly some of the kindest and most genuine people I have met. I never had a major issue and it was always a breeze to get in touch with them for any reason. Everything inside and out was clean and taken care of and it's located in a safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors as well. I wouldn't hesitate to be back here for a long time.

Overall it was a great place to stay. The owners were extrememly kind and friendly and were readily available for any questions or concerns that I had. It is in a nice location as it is a 5 minute drive from the Fern Rock station for easy access down to Broad Street. There was plenty of room for the clothes that I brought (within reason). There was plenty of street parking available at this location as well. It was a very comfortable living space for the time I was here and would recommend it to anyone.

Cozy corner had great accommodations and the house felt very warm and welcoming. Shirley from day 1 was very bc communicative and ensured that I felt safe and supportive. I stayed there for two months and never felt uncomfortable. The room was cute and had everything I needed to cook and relax. Would absolutely stay again
