Point Loma Pearl

This property is incredible! It is in the most perfect location - you have the beach nearby, numerous restaurants, shops, and cafes. The home itself is so cute, modern, cozy and clean. The hosts were very communicative and friendly. I felt right at home! Highly recommend to any travelers out there looking for a beautiful place to stay while in San Diego!

Could Not Recommend Enough

I cannot say enough about how amazing this property and the owners are. I always felt like family here and the walkability to everything is hard to come by. If you're a beach person or a lover of sunsets, look no further, this is the perfect place! The ADU itself is incredibly clean and homie! This is the first place that really felt like home while I was on assignment and that is largely due to the owners who are incredibly responsive and willing to help at any time. I promise you will not find a better property or better people. This property and the owners alone made my San Diego experience that much better and San Diego itself is already pretty amazing! Do yourself a favor and don't pass up the opportunity to stay here!

The property is exactly as described and much more! I looked at numerous properties before I chose this, and am so happy I did! Everything is brand new and extremely well done; care was put into all the details. It's cozy, very safe, a lot of night lighting, completely stocked. Amazing bed, linens, shower, quiet neighborhood. Walking distance, blocks away from great stores/coffee. Hosts responsive to all requests quickly, very helpful. Loved the area. Will definitely be back. Thank you H and A.
