NEWLY RENNOVATED 2BR UNIT 4 MILES FROM BAYSTATE AND COMES WITH HOUSEKEEPER

summer 2026

I rented Matt's home for a month while I was in town with my pup visiting my elderly parents. Matt communicated well, his home was clutter free and the beds comfortable. The AC thankfully was strong as we arrived in a heatwave. Matt even had cleaners come by during my stay. I'll be back!

The Perfect Place

I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while working in MA the past couple months! The place gives a home away from home vibe which is always nice when you travel for extended periods of time. Comes equipped with all the basic necessities and then some. It's in a great location and conveniently located to pretty much everything. Matt is a great person/landlord and is always a text away. Is amazing at keeping you updated and sending reminders of anything that is going on in/around the house!

Perfect Stay!

This unit is very unsuspecting from the outside. Once you get in, its beautifully redone to maximize space/functionality. The open kitchen is perfect, and the living room with a smart TV is a great place to relax! The neighborhood was quiet during our whole stay. Two bedrooms upstairs with very comfortable beds are the perfect place to get a great nights sleep. We had to move out of our house temporarily and this was the perfect place to stay. I also used to do travel nursing, and would have been extremely pleased to find this apartment to stay in!

Great Rental Experience

Loved staying in this beautiful apartment while working in the area. M and his wife are wonderful people. Very responsive, helpful, and kind! The apartment is immaculate and the spacious kitchen was great. Had just about everything I needed making this extended stay away from home very comfortable and homey. Would happily rent again from them in the future!
