Quiet, Plenty of Parking

Large room with kitchen attached in a separated ADU in the backyard. They had the sweetest old pup that would greet you when you entered the side, but she was great. There were lots of trees and plants providing shade and ambiance between the side gate and the entrance to the ADU. All-in-all, I am a minimalist and do not require much besides safety, cleanliness, and air conditioning haha All of those check boxes were filled so I was quite content. The owner was fantastic. Such nice peeps. I literally have nothing bad to say. If youre over 6 tall like myself, you may need to duck to prevent hitting your head on some shrubbery haha But everything was great.
