Cute and cozy!

Loved staying at this cute little house. Its private, close to everything and very roomy! I would 100% recommend. Mr Robert was super nice, even checking on me during the hurricane. This cute little place didnt flood at all or suffer any damages from the devastation. Myself and my corgis would come back without question!

excellent location, great place to stay

Despite the previous review that was written, I've stayed at this location for 5 months and absolutely loved it. It's a cute little space with great amenities and walking distance to pretty much everything. I never felt unsafe. The neighbors are super kind and shared their summer veggies!! The landlord was absolutely amazing and s super accommodating. Never had any issues with the home. I had a few guests come to town and they complimented the place as well. I'd definitely rent here again!!

disappointing - not worth price point

I've stayed in 44 places over the past year. this was the worst. It is poorly maintained and is in desperate need of a professional cleaning. I left the place cleaner than it was when I arrived. I was asked not to post this, but feel I would be doing a disservice to fellow travelers. if you are especially a solo female DO NOT STAY HERE. it is not worth the $1700 asking price. maybe somewhere between $1200-1400. all the floors are sloped. I dealt with insect infestations (which an exterminator was called out for) and removed 15-20 spiders from inside. on more than one occasion, the owner stopped by with little to no warning. the mattress was stained and lacked a cover. the sheets and towels were so old, I bought new ones. all the living room furniture you can feel the framing when you sit down. It was so dirty. baseboards, fans, ac filters, lamp shades, the living room lamps were covered in dead bugs, the floor, windows, etc.
