Great Roswell Home
Amber's house was comfortable, clean and thoughtfully laid out which made it feel like home right away!! Amber was receptive, responsive and easy to communicate with. She went above and beyond to help me out at a difficult time during my contract. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and well maintained place in Roswell.

Great 2B/1Bath with huge yard
My dogs and I had a great stay. Amber was awesome. It was so nice having the huge yard for the dogs.

Great rental
This cute little home has everything you need. WiFi was strong and reliable for my work from home job. Large fenced in yard and pet friendly perfect for your doggies. Walking distance from parks and walking path. Home filled with all necessities for daily living, cooking, etc. I actually cooked a full thanksgiving meal with all the items in this little kitchen :)! A is a wonderful, accommodating landlord. My biggest thing I look for in a rental is a landlord that is responsive, understanding, and friendly, all of which she is! I would move back here again if the future ever brings me back to Roswell.

Do not hesitate to book
My trip to Roswell was filled with unexpected cancellations and delays, however, A was more than willing to work along me through all of it which is my important characteristics in a renter - flexibility. The home was charming with many special touches that made it quite comfortable and cozy. I would highly recommend this rental and renter.
