A gem for the traveling professional

This studio is located in a very beautiful and well kept neighborhood. The privacy, cleanliness, as well as the friendly disposition of the home owner Liz, just to name a few, really set this property apart. Its also very comfy and has everything you would need. The communication with Liz throughout my stay was also right on. You will definitely be happy here. Thank you Liz for everything.

A great location

Our stay was peaceful and convenient. Everything we needed was in the studio. The Internet is fast, I was able to work from there as needed without any issues. Liza was very quick at returning our deposit.

Private studio in lovely neighborhood

I had a wonderful stay at Lizas property. She was kind, responsive and very accommodating throughout my visit. The studio was perfect for my needs - quiet, cozy and private, located in a safe and pleasant neighborhood. Deposit was returned promptly. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

perfect location, perfect owner

4 month stay was outstanding in every way-location, amenities, internet quality-you name it, it had it. Don't bother looking anywhere else-I checked out some other units while I was here and nothing compares dollar for dollar. Deposit returned very quickly as promised. Best mattress ever btw thank you.

Beautiful and quiet Zen Studio.

Cozy, quiet, Zen Studio in Fletcher Hills, El Cajon, CA. L was very accommodating in making sure you have what you need for a comfortable stay at her cute little studio perfect for a short-term stay while traveling away for home. She is very responsive and there when you need her. I recently stayed at this property while on assignment in San Diego. Beautiful area surrounded by mountains and very quiet. Wonderful hike trails and scenery in the surrounding area. You will enjoy your stay at this hidden gem.

Look No Further!!!!!

Look no further! There are no words to explain how wonderful this space is along with the amazing landlord (Hostess with the Mostess). I came from Chicago and needed a space for three months. As you can see from the pictures it is absolutely beautiful, everything is well appointed and in top condition. It has a peaceful Zen feel. I never thought I could live in a studio apartment for three months, and I find now I could honestly live like this forever because the space is so wonderful. Fletcher Hills is just absolutely beautiful, L has the front porch set up, and it's only for you and there is a wonderful lighted shade for when it gets dark at night so you can still hang out there with twinkling lights. I am willing to be contacted if anybody wants to check in and ask any questions from a tenant perspective-L has my full review and permission to share contact. I am sad to leave. Ironically I'm going to a three bedroom new construction home, and I will miss this space & L.
