The best

I'd lived in the best house for 4 months. The house was really comfortable, clean and perfect. I had to see the houses from other area to move, I loved it so much that I decided on this house right away. The host is friendly and thoughtful. With she's great consideration, I was able to live super comfortably in all the facilities in the house including the kitchen, study, and laundry room. She shared various information about events around DC area and helped me understand the neighborhood well. Most of all, the cute kittens Max and BK are the mascots of this house. Cute, gentle, pretty, and so sweet. They will welcome you every time you come home. Access to public transportation is also good. The 44 stops right in front of the house during rush hour. And there's a trail nearby that I really enjoyed running on.

Wonderful Stay

I had a wonderful time staying at this property. The host is welcoming, super helpful, and friendly. Honestly one of the best roommates Ive ever had. She always has great recommendations for the area and for exploring DC. Her kitties are also very sweet and well behaved. The location is close to probably any grocery store you could want, some even walking distance. The neighborhood is safe, and I always found street parking close by. Two metro stations nearby reachable by bus or a bit of a walk. The home is very cute, nice spacious room, comfortable bed, clean, and a very nice bathroom. I enjoyed sitting and relaxing on the back patio when the weather was nice. If Im ever back in the area I would definitely stay here again, it was the best place Ive stayed in since starting traveling two years ago.

Excellent

I had a great time staying here for 6 weeks. The house is in good condition and the room is comfortable. All essentials are available. Everything works well: wifi, laundry, and kitchen. The location is convenient, not far from the Rockville town center and metro. If you have a car or bicycle, you can easily get anything you need. Your host is a very nice person who clearly cares about the guest experience. The hot tub is amazing. I would definitely stay here again - great value for money.
