Perfect stay

I loved my stay with Donna. The property is beautiful, has everything you need, and great location. It was very clean and Donna was attentive and helpful. Definitely recommended.

The casita is the perfect place for a temporary stay. Everything is as advertised & more. Donna has been a wonderful host with a warm heart who felt more like family the longer I stayed. I would definitely recommend the casita for long term stay.

Poolside casita

My experience was nothing short of wonderful. The casita is exactly as described and more. Thoughtfully furnished, very clean and Ms Donna was a remarkable host and became more like a Mom to me in my six month stay. Very accommodating to any needs (though they were few as she had everything very well prepared). The pool is lovely as is the entire property. I would not hesitate to rent this space again. If anyone needs housing in or near Kingman, Arizona this is the place you want! The bonus of this property is Ms. Donna and her sweet pup,

Cozy space

The space is just as advertised. Plenty of room for a one or two with a great living space, full bathroom and full kitchen. The outdoor space really sells it though, with areas of sun and shade whatever your desire. Donna is easy going and always available when needed.

Charming pool casita

Great location in desirable, safe neighborhood near biking path. We could walk a mile to grocery and mile and half to KRMC hospital. Gracious, kind, and super sweet landlord lives in house that Casita is behind...We had a spot in her garage which we walked through (not house) to enter Casita. It is fully equipped with most everything we needed! We couldn't have asked for a better stay...D is fantastic! We wouldn't have moved if we didn't buy a house!
