Perfect room in Gold Canyon

Time flew by at this beautiful home! Thank you to Cheryl and Jim for being amazing hosts! Bella is the sweetest dog! House is clean, comfortable, and located in such a peaceful neighborhood. Superstition Mountains are right outside with plenty of beautiful hiking trails. Felt right at home here!

Amazing stay

I stayed here for 3 months for an internship and Cheryl, John and Bella have been wonderful hosts! They really make you feel at home. You have access to everything you need even the garage which was a little entertainment area. This place was a gem. Be careful with Bella though she will steal your heart! Haha.

Came as a guest and leaving as a friend.

J and C are wonderful people - you could not ask for better hosts. They really cared about my comfort and were genuine people. They give you all the quite/space you need, but are great to visit with if you wanted. J and I had many great conversations, shared a few meals, and even watched a few hockey games together. The house in great and in a quiet neighborhood. In fact, it's so quiet you think you are miles away from anything, yet you are very close to shopping of anything you need. Bring your swimming trunks as the pool is very refreshing, and they have all the floats and plenty of seating for a wonderful backyard experience. I must also mention they have a cute dog named B that is so sweet, and if you would like, she will play or just be near you while stealing your heart. Nice and quiet

I recently stayed in a rented room at J and C's house, and it was a wonderful experience overall. The quiet neighborhood was a significant plus, providing a peaceful environment perfect for relaxation. J and C were incredibly welcoming and made me feel like part of the family, which added a warm, personal touch to my stay. The house itself had all the necessities one could need, making it very convenient and comfortable. One minor downside was that the house was kept at 76 degrees, and my room tended to get hotter than the rest of the house despite having a fan. Being accustomed to a cooler environment, around 70 degrees, I found it a bit challenging to adjust to the heat. However, this was a small inconvenience in an otherwise excellent stay. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming home in a quiet neighborhood.

Peaceful and beautiful property in Gold Canyon

C and J (owners) are wonderful people and great hosts. The home is located beneath the beautiful Superstition Mountains with great views and walking trails throughout the area. The property itself was beautiful and clean with all the amenities I needed or wanted. My bedroom was immaculate and very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful and the neighbors are all very nice. I honestly felt like I was part of the family. I had full access to kitchen, family room and their beautiful backyard. J is a gracious host and would always tell me if I needed anything that I should just ask. He also knows how to barbecue ribs which was an added bonus. If you like dogs, you'll love Bella, their little French bulldog. She loves to play and is very loveable. Just make sure you keep your bedroom door closed or you'll likely be missing a pair of socks :-). If you're looking for the perfect room to rent, in a beautiful area with wonderful owners/hosts, this property is it.
