Very Accommodating

We had a last minute request to stay here and India was nothing short of accommodating. The place was clean and fully stocked with everything you’d need during your stay. The neighborhood is great, quiet and friendly neighbors. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Stay

The house is in very quiet, secluded and safe neighborhood, yet within 1/4 mile of 56th St, Fowler Ave. and Fletcher Ave. Within 5 min. to interstate 275 and interstate 75. You are 12 miles from downtown Tampa. For shopping, you are within 20 minutes of Citrus Park Town Center Mall, International Plaza Mall and Westshore Plaza Mall. As well as within 15 minutes of Tampa Premium Outlets in Lutz. You have a Wal-Mart and Target within 1.8 miles. Also, it is mile from the campus of University of South Florida. The house consists of two bedrooms, large living room with high ceiling, eat-in kitchen and lanai. The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. The bathroom has all essentials including a manicure set. Large Roku TVs in every room. The house has central Air conditioner/Heating. I is very accessible and very responsive through email, phone or this website. She is a super host. I highly recommend this house, next time Im jn Tampa Im definitely staying here again.
