Great!

Had a very positive stay at this house. Audriene and Luke were very accomodating while I was there and the area is very convenient to get to the city. 10/10 recommend!

Lovely home

I moved in after my move from NY for couple of months while I was looking to buy a house and stayed one year. It is very convenietly located in the heart of Dallas in a quite neighborhood, yet, in close proximity to hospitals, major roads, grocery stores and good restaurants. The atmesphere is great and the house is kept very clean and organized. I have nothing to say but the positive vibes about the home owners during my stay. They both are very personable, quiet and accomodating at all times and would give me a lot of space. The kithen is beautiful and overseeing a creek and trees that makes it just as much more beautiful and serene.

Will steal security deposit

Initially had a wonderful time however upon move out, which was an informal walk-through, I would be refunded the security deposit in full. However I was notified 10 hours after the walk-through that I had caused several hundred dollars worth of damage. The lease mentioned requiring having a written inspection form being filled out a plan, moving and move out, however, the landlord did not abide by this and therefore was able to steal from my deposit. Beware.

Beautiful house

This house was supposed to be a temporary living situation but I've been here almost a year now because of how welcoming Audriene and Luke have made my experience. Even if the house is quiet when I get home, I love being greeted by Gamora, their dog! It is a beautiful home and we all do our part to keep it clean. I love the location that I'm not far from Dallas and several great restaurants in Prestonwood are nearby.

Fantastic!

The house is beautiful and within walking distance of a gorgeous trail. There are also tons of shops, grocery stores, and restaurants within a 10-15 minute drive. The hosts were lovely and will work to accommodate your needs if you communicate with them. My job was sometimes taxing so it was great to come home to a peaceful and warm atmosphere.

Peaceful and quiet

The location of this property was perfect. Everything you could possibly need is within a 10 -13 minute drive; from gas stations,Target, Whole Foods, Neighborhood Walmart etc. Its a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I felt very safe throughout my stay. The host did an excellent job at answering any questions. She also made me feel welcomed. I really enjoyed my stay overall and would recommend.

Peaceful

This property was peaceful and uplifting to my spirit after a long day of working. The area was safe and friendly. I felt like I was in a safe place ( Im a travel OR nurse and I was there alone coming and going at various times throughout the day and night) . There was plenty of space and the owner was kind and courteous. She checked to ensure my comfort often and kept me informed whenever visitors were coming by. I highly recommend this place, thank you!
