The Best Month at the Queen Palm

We had the pleasure of living at the Queen Palm for a month and it was such a treat! It was the perfect space to escape winter weather. My boyfriend and I both work remote and were able to set up our own office spaces in the guest bedrooms (each one has a desk) and had plenty of space in the rest of the home. The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed to cook at home, the couch is super comfy to kick back and watch tv, and our dog loved sunbathing on the back deck all day long. The location is so convenient—we fell into an easy routine of bike rides to the beach, walking over to Zap Cat for a coffee break, and even walking to LA Fitness to work out. We would go days without getting in a car! Greg & Tony are such wonderful hosts and we'd love to come back for another stay.

Perfect 3 Month Stay

Our stay was nothing short of perfect! My family and I stayed this past Aug-Oct while relocating to the area and house hunting. The location truly couldn’t have been better. Within walking distance to everything in Neptune Beach, it offered the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. We were close enough to easily explore the area’s highlights, yet far enough away to fully relax and unwind. The interior decorating and household items were top notch. Every detail was so thoughtfully curated — stylish without feeling staged, cozy without feeling cluttered. The furnishings all worked together beautifully to create a space that felt both luxurious and welcoming. My daughter now wants the hosts to come decorate our new home. Most importantly, the hosts were incredibly kind and helpful— the kind of people who genuinely want you to have a wonderful experience. They were responsive, warm, and proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this property.

Lovely extended stay

The Queen Palm has everything you need for a comfortable extended stay! We stayed with our dogs for a few months and it was perfect! Close to town, the beaches and in a walkable neighborhood. The landlords were so kind and great to communicate with, and clearly take a lot of pride in their rental property and keeping it well maintained!

Our 3-month stay at G & T's beautiful and spacious house was nothing short of heavenly. Although we never met them face-to-face, these exceptional hosts were super responsive and helpful, ensuring our comfort throughout our entire stay. They went the extra mile by providing 2 bikes, which we used extensively to explore the area. The well-decorated house is fully equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay, and the backyard is an oasis featuring a stunning Queen palm. The beach is just a short 5-minute bike ride away, allowing us to enjoy cycling, running on the sand, surfing, and hiking in the ever-lasting Florida sunshine. G & T's genuine warmth, attentiveness, and hospitality made this experience truly unforgettable. In conclusion, we wholeheartedly recommend their house for an incredible stay in paradise. With a beautiful, well-located property and remarkable hosts, you'll definitely create lasting memories. We eagerly anticipate our return to this lovely haven.
