Wonderful home away from home

This is a fantastic rental! It was very well maintained and clean. All the utilities are quality. It's located in a very pleasant and quiet neighborhood. It feels very removed from the city even though it's only a 15 minute drive into downtown (depending on traffic). Close to grocery stores and restaurants. The hosts, Joanna and Micheal are wonderful people to work with! I would certainly stay here again if I get more work in Austin!

Cozy space close to everything you need

I had a great stay at this rental. The space was cozy, thoughtfully laid out, and well-equipped, and it felt like a nice little home away from home. It was also really private, which I appreciatedit was quiet and peaceful, yet still close enough to all the essentials. Grocery stores, restaurants, and gyms were all just a short drive away, so it was super convenient. The hosts, Jo and Michael, were greatvery communicative and responsive, making sure I had access everything I needed. The accommodations were comfortable and had everything I could ask for, from basic amenities to a few thoughtful extras that made the stay more enjoyable. Overall, a solid place to stay if you're looking for something comfortable and in a good location in South Austin. I never felt more than 20-25 minutes away from most places in the city. Would definitely recommend it.

I loved living here! The space was clean and comfortable, and had everything I needed. The neighborhood was quiet and it only ever took about 15 mins to get downtown. Jo and Michael were amazing hosts.

Look no further, this place is just awesome!

Comfortable, private, safe, everything you need, and in a fantastic location with excellent hosts! The space is newly remodeled and everything is new, upscale, and super clean. Wonderful deck and private entrance, use of a beautiful backyard and fire pit. Comfortable seating and bed. Easily accessible laundry. The kitchen has everything you need, including good sharp knives. There is even a coffee grinder! If you need anything I'm sure J and M will get if for you instantly. These are the kindest, friendliest, most accommodating hosts I've had - I quickly came to consider them my friends. They are Austin experts and can provide pointers on food, shopping, and entertainment (especially live music). The location is ideal, I could get anywhere I wanted to go in 15-20 minutes... while still living somewhere really quiet and private and beautiful. Parking was easy and the whole neighborhood felt peaceful and safe. I can't recommend this place highly enough!
