Peaceful stay!

I enjoyed my stay here! It was always so peaceful and comfortable. I always loved coming back from work knowing I will have a cozy bed to sleep on. Youll definitely get your own privacy. Its clean and very spacious. The owner is also very helpful and quick with responding whenever you need him. I will definitely rent again when Im in the area!

Large Room in Private Home, with optional car

This room gets lots of morning sun and the bed is comfortable. The closet has more than enough room for clothing plus there are dressers available that can be put into the room if you need it. The blackout blinds on the windows work well allowing you to sleep during the day. There's a lot of room in the kitchen for your food, including an overflow frig in the garage. The homeowner also lives in the home and is extremely helpful.

feels like a homes..if your transitioning in between homes

great place to come if you needing a place temporarily or longer term. F is very welcoming and the house has a huge open kitchen and dinning area downstairs. washer and dryer on site. Able to print stuff upon request. quite environment if you focused on studying. I did two months here to finish up online classes and nice environment. will definitely stay again if coming back in town..

Great Stay

This was a great location and place to stay for last 3 months. The room is on upper floor and has a nice window view of the backyard. The closet is large and has plenty of room for clothes. Room is good sized with full sized bed. Hard wood floors with desk, WIFI, and side tables. The room/house is quiet and felt like I was alone in house most of the time. Other tenants were polite and respectful. Full size kitchen with utensils, dishes, and ability to cook my own food. Kitchen fridge space with 2nd fridge in garage. More than enough space for my needs. Owner very friendly and approachable. He responds timely to texts and is quick to fix any issues that came up. Overall would definitely stay here again. Location is perfect with multiple restaurants nearby, grocery stores, Sams club, and 7-11 right down the street. Very happy

One of the best pool house I rented

The house has very good design with good natural lighting and fully equipped kitchen. The landlord was very friendly and accommodating during my period of stay. The pool view is the highlight during my stay and I like spending time in the backyard by the pool in the summer. The room is very spacious and definitely have more than enough space to fit my stuff. I also enjoy the quiet neighborhood. Its very convenient to get around for restaurants, grocery shopping, local parks, schools and hospitals and theres a MARC train stop a few minutes away. Overall it was a very good stay and I highly recommended it.
