Quaint Oasis in Wynwood

Love this spot- spent a few staycation days because of love for nature, this was the perfect place to describe a local home away from home- Caribbean living like vibes, the yard was entangled with beautiful trees that allowed for the cool breeze on hot days, the quaintness allowed for private and quiet wine and charcuterie like evenings, I was able to naturally unwind and bask in the surroundings of this spot and in the middle of Wynwood was also a plus, the interior was very clean, the Owners was accessible and accommodating as well, minutes of away from great restaurants, museums, shopping and numerous sightseeing places, definitely worth coming back!!!! This apartment was my home away from home for two years, and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. The apartment itself was perfectcomfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Its central location in the Design District made it incredibly convenient, especially being close to many healthcare facilities. The owner was truly amazingresponsive, kind, and always respectful of my space. I always felt well taken care of, which made a huge difference during my stay. I really enjoyed my time here and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live.

Beautiful Property and Owner

I love the location of the property. Cozy home feeling with updated fixtures and appliances. Most importantly Im near the Design District and multiple variety of restaurant for all budgets. The owner is super sweet and accommodating with good judgement. Love this place. 10/10.

Great place to stay

I really enjoyed my stay here! The apartment was super clean, cozy, and in a peaceful neighborhoodwhich I appreciated after being out and about all day. The location was a huge plusits right in the middle of everything. I was just minutes from South Beach, Wynwood, and the Fashion District, and still felt like I had a quiet place to come back to. There were tons of places nearbyrestaurants, shopping spots, Starbucks, even a post office and pet grooming. It was also really easy to hop on I-95 or get to other parts of the city. Id definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a chill and convenient spot in Miami.

Home Away from Home

This apartment was very clean, cozy, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Its located close to restaurants, shopping centers, a post office, pet grooming, Starbucks, and much more. Its located in the center of Miami where all the action happens. I-95 and major expressways are located very near this apartment location which is a plus in my book. I would highly recommend this wonderful apartment to any medical travelers!
