This townhome was absolutely perfect. The home was clean, peaceful, and very comfortable. It is pet friendly. The owner is kind and readily available to assist if needed. The neighborhood is very quiet. I worked nights and never was bothered during the day by noises of any kind. There is a large pool, though I never did use it. The location is prime choice. Anything you could possibly need is within 10 minutes from the home. This includes restaurants, grocery stores, shopping malls; you name it, it is nearby. Broward General is 30 minutes away, with traffic. I highly recommend this property. I wish I could've stayed longer. 5 stars for this wonderful gem.
