Great townhome in the Medical Center

Quiet, Spacious, Townhome Close to everything

We had the pleasure of residing here for 6 months. During our tenure, Danny was attentive, courteous, & responsive to any requests or inquiries we had. The unit is spacious, stocked with great cooking supplies, and well furnished for a relaxing time after work. The location is ~ 20min drive into the heart of Downtown San Antonio for a fun weekend, and a quick 5-minute drive to anywhere in the medical center during the work week. Stores, shops, & restuarants are all a stone's throw away from the unit. We had the best time here, & will reach out to Danny again should we return to San Antonio.

Quiet and Cozy Condo Unit near everything: Perfect

Danny, our landlord was great to work with and very accessible. We enjoyed the unit for 3 months during a therapy travel assignment. The Internet (Google Fiber) and televison with the Roku was absolutely perfect. There is a covered parking spot and additional parking was available upon request. Secure Mail box and address worked just fine. The best thing about this unit was the location...Just perfect for everything you need and a whole bunch of great restaurants. Strategically located with quick access to I-10 or 410 highways. There is a little enclosed patio in the back for cook outs that is nice. Unfortunately, we were not able to access the hot tub or pool as they were doing maintenance on them but they were in the process of getting these facilities back in operation. Finally, we felt very safe as there is security onsite at night but it was such a peaceful place! We would definitely go back if we are in San Antonio!

Fabulous property

We stayed in Dannys condo for 9 months and it was the perfect space for us! The community is quiet and welcoming and Danny is a fabulous landlord. Thank you for a great stay!
