Honestly, I really hate having to write this because I’m an easygoing person, and as a landlord myself, I genuinely understand that things happen. Plus the individual who managed the property was generally very nice. But everything I’m sharing is accurate. On the very first night, the unit had roaches and ants everywhere. I probably should have realized something was off when I saw traps already placed and extra ones stored in the cabinet, but I stayed flexible and figured it wouldn’t be an issue. Unfortunately, it was. Roaches were crawling throughout all of the cabinets. Bowls, pots, utensils, cups, everything. Every item had to be washed before use and washed again immediately afterward to avoid problems. On top of that, half of my deposit was withheld. As someone who has been a landlord and who has used Furnished Finder for three years without ever receiving a negative review or losing a deposit, this was really disappointing. Good location though.
