We had a wonderful stay!

We stayed with Katie for a month and it was a delightful experience. The upstairs is clean, comfortable and well decorated. The shared kitchen is gourmet and well equipped. Katie was always very friendly and it was exciting learning about her life.

Beautiful character house in best neighborhood

I loved my stay here! Katie is fun, warm, easy to communicate with, helpful and respectful. The house is large and has character and charm. Renters get the entire light filled upstairs to themselves. In addition to your bedroom, you will have a living room, an office, a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet with a bidet! The shared kitchen is well stocked and feels like it belongs to a professional chef. I loved having access to a shared washer and dryer as well as having my own refrigerator. The property behind the house is spacious and private, with a hot tub, and a large deck. In one of the best Bellingham neighborhoods, the location is ideal just a 2 minute drive to hot yoga, 5 minutes to the bay or downtown, 10 to Lake Whatcom, 15 to Fairhaven, and about 20 to Larrabee State Park. There is an excellent library in your office if you want to learn about the area or plan your next adventure. Or you can ask Katie! She is a wealth of information and happy to answer your questions.

A fabulous welcome

What a warm welcome to Bellingham this stay was! From the beautiful home with gourmet kitchen, to the wonderful hot tub , many nearby walking trails, sweet pup Millie, and best of all, Katie. She was so welcoming, helpful and easy to share space with. Highly recommend!

What a magical stay this was. If I could give more than five stars, I would. I was in a transitionary period and needed a place that was month to month. For the Months of June and July 2023, I couldnt have asked for a better place to stay than in this place with the host, Katie, and the wonderful dog, Millie. There are many reasons for this. First, the host is straightforward when communicating and coordinating. I felt comfortable from day one, cooking, cleaning, living, and relaxing as if it were my own place. The kitchen is industry-grade, and there was ample room for all of my food items, perishable or not, in my fridge area. There is a cozy nook to relax in the kitchen. There is also an even cozier area upstairs with couches, chairs, room to stretch and do yoga, and a giant TV you can snuggle up and watch. The host renovated the upstairs bathroom, and there is also a full bathroom downstairs, providing the perfect situation to rinse off after a relaxing hot dip in the hot tub.
