Basement living Space

I had the pleasure of living in Stefanies basement space for the entire summer and it was a great experience. Plenty of space with your own private bath. Stefanie was very helpful with suggestions of what to do around the area and where to shop as well. Would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for housing!!

Cozy basement living space

I had a great experience staying at this property for the past few months. The apartment was the perfect size for an extended staycomfortable, well laid out, and thoughtfully equipped for daily living. It was spotless when I arrived, and there was plenty of storage space, which made settling in really easy. S was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. She had great recommendations for spots to try in the Denver area. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and well-managed home away from home!

I really enjoyed my time here! The apartment is in a safe area conveniently located near plenty of shopping down the road and only 20ish minutes to Boulder. The lake is great too! Theres tons of storage space available, which was helpful for keeping tidy. Only one window in the bedroom, but theres enough bright lighting that it never felt dark or dim. The porch is also a cozy spot to relax. Everything I needed was provided, and S even brought new appliances for the kitchenette! S is an incredibly friendly and respectful host. She made great recommendations for activities and even invited me to some too. And her dog is great! I love Finn! An easy two thumbs up - Id recommend staying here to anyone wanting a place that feels like home!

This basement is the perfect spot! It's in a central location about 15-25 mins from Denver, Golden, & Boulder. The neighborhood is safe with ample parking and is close to grocery stores & any shopping that you may need. The basement is spacious, super-clean, & has everything you need to live comfortably. It feels like a separate unit which is great for privacy. The bathroom is clean with a nice shower, & the kitchenette is perfect for coffee and easy meals. The upstairs kitchen is clean & full of anything that you might need to cook. While the basement is spacious, it does not have much natural light, so this space is great for someone active who likes to be out of the house. S is a great host and respects your privacy while also being very friendly. She is flexible and easy to communicate with about any issues or things you might need. She also has great recommendations for things to do in CO. Not only was S great, but her dog is a big added bonus & truly made our days!
