House in Albuquerque, New Mexico
Landlord Tenure: 3 years, 5 months
This is an unassuming southwestern ranch-style house, hiding behind trees. It is situated on a half acre in a quiet neighborhood within 15 minutes drive from four hospitals: University of NM Hospital, Presbyterian and Lovelace Medical Center and Lovelace Womans Hospital.
It feels peacefully rural but is still convenient and secure. The neighbors are nice. There is a grocery nearby. The entire property is fenced ...
Ranch house on quiet street, 1600 square feet including sun room and your own private, fenced-in back patio and yard. We live in the attached casita for added convenience and safety but are very respectful of your privacy. Perfect for one to two tenants and well-behaved dogs. We are happy to trade pet sitting with tenants and can offer puppy play dates and dog wellness checks.
Rare Gem in Albuquerque
If you're looking for a comfortable, safe, dog-friendly, family-friendly, or military-friendly place to stay in Albuquerque, then you've found it! The owners are absolutely wonderful and will work to accommodate any need you may have without hesitation. They are very reasonable and truly want you to be comfortable and will completely respect your privacy. The evaporative cooling in the summer works great and helps keep your skin from drying out in the desert air if you're not used to that type of environment. The bed in the master bedroom is extremely comfortable, and the walk in shower is huge. There is a bathtub in the guest bath that is not pictured in case you need one. The backyard is secure and private, plenty of room for pets, there is also a large dog door to the backyard (our Labrador Retriever was able to fit with no issues). I could go on for days on this place, I'm so glad I was lucky enough to find it as it made the time in Albuquerque very nice.
Fabulous
Carole, The place is amazing. Feels comfortable and Homey yet modern. it has everything you need including a fenced yard and doggie door. The beds are extremely comfortable. Close to everything. About 5-10 min from UNMH, Presbyterian and Lovelace Hospitals. The landlords are amazing, extremely quick responding and kind. 5 stars all the way
Lottery win in Albuquerque!!
If you get the opportunity and good fortune to stay here; your time in the Southwest just got a whole lot better! The space has incredible light and a peaceful atmosphere. Being right beside the fields was a dream with our dogs. Wildlife viewing out there was phenomenal. The yard is gorgeous. A lot of time was enjoyed out there. My drive to work at UNM was 10-12 mins without getting on the freeway. I loved being in this Northwest corner for getting around town. The owners are amazing people who attend to everything you could need. Theyre also just incredible people who we thoroughly enjoyed getting to know. The house is fully equipped with everything; we did not want for any item. The office space was ideal for my partner working from home. Beds are very comfortable, linens abound, kitchen had really high end products. Staying here had a profound effect on my ability to go do a difficult job. Really this is a beautiful home and I hope to one day go back.
Would have never left!
This property is a desert mansion! The owners live in a bungalow attached to the main house. The house is decorated very nicely and super cozy. The area is super safe and the large field is right next to the house for walks, biking, running, etc... The owners are very responsive and want to make your stay as pleasant and stress-free as possible. Alas, we are still exploring the country to had to say good-bye to one of the best rentals on Furnished Finders!
Wonderful
E and JC are such amazing hosts & and very nice people. Their home is cozy and comforting to come back to after a long day of work. My favorite part of New Mexico was this place! With an amazing open field nestled behind the property for walking and very high quality kitchen ware/bedding. Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.
