Great Stay

Just completed a month-long stay at this property. Landlord was communicative, responsive and friendly. House is very comfortable, well appointed and in a great location. Quiet neighborhood, fantastic access to Crown Hill Park and quick to get to shopping and major roadways. Nice array of snacks, coffee/tea and cooking spices available for renters (plus whatever previous guests left in the cabinets). House had a couple of minor repair needs and landlord was quick to take action. Would have been an added bonus to have garage access for my car, but the driveway was absolutely fine/safe. I definitely recommend this property (and landlord).

Feels like home!

Im a travel nurse that stayed at Cody Ct with my fellow traveling roommate for a few months. Our landlord, G, was incredible. Very professional, communicative, and welcoming. My roommate and I had a few minor issues during our 2 month stay, but G was responsive and addressed our concerns quickly. The house was exactly as described and anticipated our every need for a long term stay. Great area, close to Olde Town Arvada, with bars and restaurants and close proximity to Denver. The backyard is great for hanging out in nice weather! Would stay here again. Feels comfortable and homey.
