Exceptional host and stay

I stayed at Anna’s place during my internship at Mayo Clinic Arizona, and I had a wonderful experience. Anna was an exceptional host and a great housemate. She was always very helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The house had everything I needed, and the location was exceptional. The communal pool was also a great bonus, especially on warm days. I would 100% recommend Anna’s place to anyone.

Amazing house

I had the opportunity to stay 1 month in Anna's house when I was doing rotation at Mayo Clinic. She is very kind and the house is amazing! Very safe neighborhood.

5 star! Best place to stay for visiting Mayo Clinic

I stayed at Annas place in Arizona for 3 months while doing research at Mayo Clinic, and it was an amazing experience. The location is perfectjust a 3-minute drive to the clinic, in a quiet and very safe neighborhood. The house itself is clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The room I stayed in had a comfortable bed and plenty of space. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the living room was a nice spot to wind down after work. Anna also hires a professional cleaner every month, which kept the place spotless throughout my stay. I met a lot of other students and professionals rotating at Mayo, and it was really nice to share the space with like-minded people. Anna is such a wonderful hostvery easy to communicate with, responsive, and always transparent. I highly recommend staying here if youre coming to the area for work or a rotation!

PHX Travels

I am a traveling healthcare worker and stayed at this property for 6 months during my time in PHX. The host is fantastic and her house is wonderful! Location is perfect and close to everything from grocery stores to restaurants to sporting events and so on. The home is inviting, clean and all accommodations are available for use. The bed was so comfortable and access to the pool was a huge bonus. The host is very responsive to any and all needs and is a pleasure to stay with. I personally would stay here again should my travels bring me back to the area. I highly recommend this listing, 10/10!

Just Perfect!!

Genuinely had the best experience at Anna's place. The whole place was super well-kept, with beautiful landscaping and top-notch security. Felt really safe the whole time. The room itself was spotless and nicely furnished. Plenty of space, lots of natural light - just a really comfortable vibe. The bed was incredibly comfy, so I was getting some solid beauty sleep every night. But the best part was the overall chill, peaceful atmosphere of the whole community. Perfect for kicking back and unwinding after a long day. And the view of the sunset from the backyard was absolutely breathtaking. I'd grab a cold drink and just relax out there, watching the sky light up in vibrant oranges and reds. Straight-up magical. The owner was exceptionally really nice and helpful. She made sure I had everything I needed and was super responsive to any questions I had. Couldn't have asked for a better host. Bottom line, I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing home and Owner

Amazing home in a beautiful family oriented neighborhood. Wonderful community pool one block away. Great outdoor area with a beautiful view of your own slice of the dessert. A was amazing to live with and a super accommodating homeowner. Super friendly and knowable of great places and experiences in the area to take advantage of. Very welcoming and homey feel.

Lovely home!

The owner is a wonderful roommate! She is thoughtful and respectful and very easy to live with.The house is in an excellent location in North Scottsdale, close to shopping, restaurants, and hiking. House is in quiet gated community and the backyard has amazing sunset views.
