Cherished home leaves you feeling welcomed

This was a lucky find for me and my coworker. The location is convenient to most places in town, and just a short walk to Forsyth Park. The owner spent many years living in the home previously and you can really tell that she loves and cares for this house, and she wants you to fall in love too.

Owner wont rent to blue collar

My coworker and I toured this home with the owners niece and nephew. The niece and nephew were incredible, very nice, welcoming, and informative. The house itself is beautiful. We were ready to rent, but the owner said she wouldnt rent to us because we work in construction. I explained that we dont work construction and she was adamant that because we work outside and get dirty she couldnt rent to us. Sad really, we loved the house. Wouldve stayed as long as we were working in Savannah.
