Couldn't recommend this property enough.
My husband and I moved into this property in February 2023, at the time I was pregnant and moving from out of state. I explained our situation to Delia the owner letting her know we were unsure how long we were looking to stay, we just knew we had to get on our feet in a new state and needed time to find a bigger home for our growing family. She was kind and understanding enough to put us on a month to month lease and stated as long as rent was on time and we took care of her home like it was our own we could stay and this became our family's home for 2 years. The house and property are very well kept and Delia is genuinely the best landlord I have ever had, any issues big or small she makes sure they are fixed and fixed correctly in a timely manner. The neighbors at this home are all very welcoming and kind people who also keep up with their property nicely. Couldn't recommend this property enough, you won't regret staying here!
