WARNING!
Travel nurse for 4.5 yrs here and have stayed in 8 units over that time. Never once have I ever not received my deposit back. This warning is for future tenants to take photos (with landlord present) at start of occupancy and DO A WALK THROUGH (with landlord present) at end of occupancy or you will be charged for damages that you did not do!! They will even charge you for ridiculous items such as ONE plastic shelf holder in kitchen that fell off and rolled under refrigerator. YES, that tiny ledge holder that is 1/2 inch in size and goes into the row of holes!!!! I had a bad feeling when I met her (Pam), Allen's wife and daughter of owner of property. I am filing a claim against them in small claims court to get refund of my money. They are claiming over $300 for a small scratch on dining room table and also claiming "watermarks" on fake wood (plastic) bedside table. If you have other options, I would avoid staying at this location. Just sayin!!
