As a travel RN, I've stayed in a lot of airbnb and FF properties, this was by far my favorite. It's in a good area, very safe. It's next to a cute park that does little concerts and food trucks in the summer! The condo is so cute, very clean and they keep it well maintained. The covered parking, dishwasher and washer/dryer make it so nice. Studio feels very spacious and very comfortable . L&A are quick to respond and so accommodating. They are wonderful hosts. Really go above and beyond for their tenants. Highly recommend and the only place I'll stay in ABQ!

Spacious, clean, comfortable studio

The pictures for this apartment are very accurate. The place was clean when I moved in and L and A were helpful and responsive the entire time, from starting the process of signing the lease, answering any questions while I was there, and following up after moving out. It feels very spacious and comfortable for a studio apartment and is in a quiet neighborhood where I felt safe and enjoyed walking around. The covered parking spot and laundry in the unit was also very nice to have. I would definitely stay here again!
