Great experience

Geralds home is exactly as advertised. It has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It is centrally located to the heart of everything Tampa has to offer and the communication with Gerald couldnt be easier, he is quick to respond and address any issues immediately. He truly couldnt have made my stay after the hurricanes any smoother. I highly recommend Gerald and his properties if you are in the area!

Excellent property/Owner

This is the perfect in and out short term property. EVERYTHING you need is already there and taken care of and the house is super clean. The owner was also amazing to work with. My husband had it as a 2.5 month long short term rental while we transitioned during a move and it was great. Close to everything you need to access. You can be anywhere in Tampa in minutes because of the proximity to 275. Would recommend to anyone.

clean house, convenient location, great landlord

Great place to stay. The house is clean. G is an excellent landlord, very responsive and accommodating. The house is in a convenient location, close to groceries stores, target, Walmart, shopping, etc. also a very good, local bbq restaurant within walking distance. Would definitely stay again if back in the Tampa area!!
