A Reliable Short-Term Stay That Met My Needs

I stayed in this short-term furnished apartment for a few months, and it met my needs well. The space was clean, quiet, and fully stocked with everything essentialfurniture, kitchenware, bedding, and even small things like cleaning supplies. It was move-in ready, which took a lot of stress off my plate. Wi-Fi worked without issue. The location was practicalclose to stores and main roads but still tucked away enough to feel private. What I appreciated most was the ease of communication. Anytime I had a question or needed something addressed, I got a prompt response.

I was looking for an apartment when I came across this site and property. I needed something short term and fully furnished while my house was being remodeled. Quiet neighborhood, centrally located, clean and comfortable with little welcoming touches. I loved that the utilities were included which took the hassle out of the temporary stay. Would definitely stay again if needed.

Peaceful and Modern

I truly enjoyed my stay here at this property. Never had any issues. Completely furnished with everything from toasters down to a welcome kit for laundry and Cleaning kit. I stayed here for five months. I enjoyed the convenience of being so close to two major grocery stores less than 5 min away. The Property Manager Mr. B is such a great guy and host. He is Very communicative, always checking in to ensure that my stay is pleasant and comfortable. When I say I had zero issues at this property I mean zero. I was so happy to move from my hotel to this location.

Completely satisfied

Mr. B was simply impeccable. He worked around my companys needs and requirements. He also responded quickly to any issues that arose. Which was not often. I enjoyed the spaciousness of the home and quiet community. Anytime Im back in lake Charles, he will be the first that I call. Thank you for everything Mr. B! You rock!!

Clean Duplex

Property very clean and quite. Near Walmart and main road for shopping and restaurants. Owner communicates very well. 5/5, would stay here again.

Mr Broussard was a awesome host

Mr B was an awesome host and was very outgoing to seek what I needed during my trip..he accommodated me during my entire visit...I found a great spot to stay everytime I come to Lake Charles...thx Mr B
