False Advertisement

She has this home advertised as 3 bedroom for $1800. We paid the $800 deposit to secure the home for $1800 a month. The landlord went up to $2,500 when she found out it would be 3 healthcare travel employees. This home should only be advertised as per tenant if she wants to base the price on how many people are living there. Also, the tenant has newly remodeled. This home has been lived in for at least a year by another tenant so we were not the first people to live in it. That's another red flag of false advertisement. It's sad that this lady would take advantage of people. Also, this home is a 988 square ft home built in the 1980's and the smell was as such. I made the house smell great and did a deep clean in the bathroom and placed new rugs. It's definitely not worth $2500 a month, so I opted to move out. She said we should not be allowed to split 3 ways and pay $600 a piece, we needed to pay more. How sad.
