Perfect for pups

My friend and I rented this house with our two dogs while rotating at Harborview. It was in a perfect, pet-friendly location and had all the amenities we needed for a wonderful stay. K, the homeowner, was amazing to work with and so accommodating during the 3 months. She regularly made sure we had everything possible to feel at home. We both have big dogs, and the backyard was a green space for them to play and relax. The house is beautifully furnished, but K was very clear that the whole place is pet friendly, so we did not have to worry about our dogs being on the furniture. A cleaner comes regularly and keeps it immaculate. The backyard has a solid fence and also bamboo for privacy. The location is walking distance to a dog park with grass (a rarity in Seattle). There is also a second dog park within walking distance, and a green space down the street that is unofficially off-leash. My friend and I felt incredibly lucky to find this wonderful rental!

Ideal Long Term Stay Close to Downtown

Perfect location to all Seattle hospitals specifically Swedish First/Cherry Hill and Harborview. Easily avoid traffic with an effortless <10 minute commute. House is clean, beautifully decorated, equipped with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Landlord K is readily available, great communicator, and quickly addressed any problems we had during our stay. There is one driveway parking spot for a vehicle and plentiful free street parking there was never an issue finding a spot. Street is relatively private, quiet environment adequate for night shift workers. It is a vibrant sun filled home we would gladly stay at again!
