In addition to sleeping 2 on the queen bed in the bedroom, there are also 2 new full sized fold out sofas in the den with memory foam gel mattress toppers that comfortably sleep 2 on each. If needed, the large "L" shaped couch in the bedroom can comfortably sleep an additional person.

BEST PLACE EVER!!!!
This apartment was amazing. Owners were fantastic. Made you feel liked you were family. It was quiet and private. Very clean and decorated so beautiful. Everything you needed was there. I will never stay anywhere else in Kentucky. 10 from me.

Quiet Environment, Excellent Host!!
Highly recommend M and this little garage apartment. The bedroom and living room are larger than you'd expect. The kitchen is ideal for a single person as it is on the small side (no dishwasher). But the beautiful acreage that surrounds you, the kind neighbors, and the above and beyond amazing host (M) make this stay fantastic!
