Great property!

The home was lovely! The neighborhood is quiet and close to so much! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay

This house was perfect for my wife and I and our two teenage boys. The house was clean, had renovated bathrooms, and a large kitchen. We were in Atlanta for two months of travel baseball. The house has easy access to both Perfect Game and PBR baseball fields. It also has plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. I was most impressed with Christis prompt responses and her professionalism though. I dont know how many inquiries of other properties went unanswered, or had incorrect availability on Furnished Finder. It was a relief to find an owner that was so attentive and responsive.

Great litte house with great location

This was our gateway to Marietta, having moved from out of state, and we loved our time here. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and walking distance to Marietta Square, which is awesome! There's always something going on in the Square from concerts to festivals to restaurants and bars, making this a prime location. Christi is a very attentive owner and anything we asked for was addressed immediately. We've since bought a home here in Marietta and frequent some of the same spots we came to know in this little gem of a house.

What a Gem

An absolute gem right outside of the heart of Marietta. The neighborhood is quiet with nice neighbors, the home is well equipped with everything you need, and the location is unmatched having incredibly easy access to the highways and all major roads but also being walking distance to Marietta square. 10/10 recommend!

Don't delay, book your stay!!!

I can't say enough about how great of a stay we had here. As travel nurses we look for location and cleanliness but got so much more! LOCATION: you are 5 min from highway 575 N/S, which made my ride to work seamless every morning and on days off only 20-30min to downtown Atlanta. Theres also a Trader joes, sprouts and wholefoods in surrounding area. Marietta square a quaint downtown area walking distance from the home, provides: restaurants,shopping and entertainment. THE HOUSE: The house is situated in a quite neighborhood, the rooms were decorated with modern furniture and extremely clean. Full-sized kitchen allowed us to both prepare our meals without feeling cramped. C & D also provided snacks, water and a welcome gift! OWNERS: we immediately took a liking to D & c! They are warm, inviting and responded to our messages quickly. * Thanks again for making our stay in Marietta one we'll never forget<3
