Lovely hosts, quiet and comfortable space

I can't say enough positive things about Ray and Claudia. Such an incredibly, genuinely kind and caring couple. Available if you need anything but respectful of your privacy as well. The space is welcoming, clean, quiet, and private in a very nice neighborhood. The location was within driving distance of attractions and major cities like Phoenix or Scottsdale. Beautiful White Tank State Park in the area if you want a place to enjoy nature, relax or decompress. I loved having a washer/dryer in the unit, which was a real convenience. Close to convenience stores and shopping. Kitchen is as described, mini but efficient. Ray and Claudia, again, were incredible hosts who provided everything you need for your stay. The price was very reasonable for a full unit. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a safe and quiet space to stay with very responsive hosts. Comfortable quiet safe home

I highly recommend this property. Its sunny and bright and very quiet. Its fairly new construction so everything is in great condition. The landlords are very quick to respond to concerns, usually within a few hours. He even came and helped me out when I got a flat tire my first week there. I love how big the closest and bathroom are, and that the living room is a whole separate room from the bedroom. I also loved having my own AC control. The kitchen area is tiny but I was able to cook using my crockpot or toaster oven. I parked on the street right outside the window and they have a security camera watching the street.
