Awesome Cottage!

The cottage on Caledonia St was an amazing experience! My partner and I were in town for a couple months, working in the surrounding towns and the cottage was perfect for young professionals needing both a quiet place to relax, and a central location to bike to the beach/go to a coffee shop/etc. The bed was super comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked with good utensils/appliances, the outdoor space was huge and laundry was easy. Biweekly cleanings also added to the experience lending more time to enjoy Santa Cruz. Mary Beth was easy to work with. She replaced a few decorations during our stay and was very communicative of when she would be entering/leaving the property. Neighbors were very kind, quiet and respectful. I couldn't recommend Mary Beth's Cottage more! Do yourself a favor and book it!

Great Experience

My wife and I stayed here for a full year as travel nurses and LOVED it. The location is the best part. Easy to get to the beach or downtown or the boardwalk just by walking. Nice and quiet neighbors. Very clean and upkept property. Very nice and easy to work with owners. 10/10 recommend staying here!
