Comfortable living experience

Ive had an amazing and incredible experience renting this modern unit that it made us stay over a year. The apartment was stylish, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a great stay. We also love the neighborhood. It was also in a beautiful area of the town where everything is close and walkable. Bruce is incredibly attentive and responsive to any needs or issues during our stay and he genuinely cares about his tenants. I highly recommend this place for a hassle-free and enjoyable living experience!

Wonderful stay

I had a fantastic stay at this beautifully furnished apartment. The space was modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in the decor made it feel like a home away from home. The location was also perfect-close to local amenities. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free rental experience. Working with the landlord was a breeze. Bruce was incredibly responsive and attentive to any issues that arose during our stay. Whether it was a minor repair or a question about the apartment, he always got back to me quickly and resolved things promptly. His proactive approach made our stay enjoyable and stress-free. Wonderful place to stay during my 3 months in Santa Rosa. Quiet neighborhood and close by to everything that you could possibly need. Easy check in and check out process. Property review.

This was an amazing place to stay. Close to hospital and shopping and anything else you may need. Property had literally everything you could think of needing and property owners are so nice and easy to work with and checked in frequently to make sure everything was ok. And safe neighborhood. Couldnt have asked for a better place.
