Fantastic Property

I stayed at C's place for four months this fall while completing an internship in Colorado Springs. His house is simply perfect for everything that I needed. The house itself is a duplex with an upper and lower unit. I stayed in the upper unit - which has access to the main and upper level floors. You have separate entrances so you really do not see the other tenant. Parking in in a gravel lot off street adjacent to the front yard. C is amazing in communicating if he needs to pick up his trailer which is next to the parking spot, or if he needs to grab anything within the home. The primary bedroom has a queen bed with multiple bedding sets. There is an AC unit in the primary bedroom, but not central AC. I had a guest stay in the second bedroom in August and he said that he was comfortable at night with fans running and the windows open though. One TV in the living room, and the kitchen has everything that you could need. Would absolutely stay here again, and an amazing value
