Great room and great people

I was down here in Kentucky for a short time for an internship. I found this place and made plans with Richard very quickly. The transition was very smooth into the place and came with a lot of great perks. I was very pleased at how friendly everyone was and there was no shortage of great socialization. Richard would always include me in any family event or any plans that they have. Having the basement gym was great too. I didnt use it very much but there was some times where I would use it. The room itself is also very nice. I was able to have my computer there as well as a great bed to sleep in (Which was fully provided). I cant recommend this place enough as well as the location being great, next to the highway and near a Kroger for groceries. 10/10 definitely would recommend.

Great place to stay

I'm late in writing this review but Richard's place is a great place to stay. The room I stayed in was nice and clean and he provides all amenities needed, including laundry detergent. Richard is also a nice and cool guy and even fixed my light bulb in my car for free. His place is also in a great neighborhood and close to the highways and many restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay at Richard's again.

I am a travel icu nurse that has the pleasure of renting out a room at Rs house. R is the most laid back, nicest person you will ever meet. The house is in a very safe neighborhood. The house, the toilet, and the room are kept meticulously clean, the amenities are top-notch. This was important to me because I am a neat freak. R is very accommodating to all my needs. He is also very prompt with communication, which is a big plus for me. I cannot recommend renting out his facilities enough!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property with the owner R, and I can't say enough good things about it! The room itself is spacious and modern, with plenty of thoughtful amenities such as black-out curtains. Everything was always clean and well-maintained. I appreciated having kitchenware, bathware, and linens provided, which made my move lighter. Throughout my stay, R was incredibly helpful and attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed. His hospitality made me feel at home. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to stay!
